General Guidelines
On-Demand Production:
Every item is made just for you, reducing overproduction. Returns or exchanges are only accepted under specific conditions.
Inspection:
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you notice any defects or manufacturing errors, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.
Drink Items (Travel Mugs & Sports Water Bottles)
Non-Returnable: Due to hygiene and safety concerns, drink items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless the item is defective upon arrival.
Defective Items: If a drink item is defective, please contact our support team with evidence (photos) of the defect, and we will work to resolve the issue.
Apparel Items (Hoodies, T-Shirts, Caps, Windbreakers)
Condition: Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
Timeframe: Please initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
Final Sale: Once an apparel item has been worn, altered, or does not meet the condition requirements, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
Accessories (Stickers)
Final Sale: Custom printed stickers are final sale. Refunds are only accepted if the product is defective or if the wrong item was shipped.
Defective Items: For defective stickers, please provide evidence of the issue, and we will work with you to make it right.
Other Items (Duffle Bags)
Eligibility: Duffle bags can be returned or exchanged if they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Timeframe: Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order if you wish to return or exchange a duffle bag.
Return Shipping & Refunds
Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, refunds or exchanges will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Exclusions
Custom Orders: All custom or personalized items made on demand are final sale unless they are defective.
Ineligible Returns: Items that do not meet the above criteria (e.g., worn, altered, or damaged by the customer) cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
