International & Local Shipping:
Trailasaur proudly ships both domestically within the United States and internationally. Our shipping rates are calculated in real-time at checkout based on your delivery location, preferred shipping speed, and current global shipping conditions.

Shipping Zones:

Order Processing & Delivery Times:
All Trailasaur items are made-to-order specifically for you, ensuring minimal waste and maximum quality. Please allow 2-7 business days for production. Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method, typically ranging from 3-10 business days after production.

Return, Exchange & Damage Policy

Please review our guidelines carefully:

  • Inspection: Upon receipt, immediately inspect your items. If you find a defect or manufacturing error, contact us within 7 days of delivery, providing clear photos and a detailed description.
  • Drink Items (Travel Mugs & Sports Water Bottles): Non-returnable due to hygiene and safety. Defective items will be addressed upon receipt of clear photographic evidence.
  • Apparel (Hoodies, T-Shirts, Caps, Windbreakers): Eligible for return/exchange within 30 days of receipt, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
  • Accessories (Stickers): Stickers are final sale. Returns are only accepted if defective or incorrect items were shipped.
  • Other Items (Duffle Bags): Eligible for return/exchange within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped by us.

Lost Packages:
If your package is lost in transit, please notify us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, and we will assist in locating your order or arranging a replacement.
